MLHOA Board Meeting

Call to Order - Rob Allen @ 6:40pm

Attending: Rob Allen, Jeff Long, Terry Dunham, Ed Liebler, Jennifer Gregg

Reading of November 17, 2016 Minutes

Ryan Wilson presented special architectural request to connect sides of fence through landscaping easement to fence along back of adjoining neighbor’s yard. Information from discussion with Larry Mizell, ASLA, Land Planner with the City of Franklin was presented.  Terry Dunham & Rob Allen to do further research for discussion @ next meeting.

Treasurer’s Report: Jeff Long

·       Budget reviewed, $36k in savings approved

Committee Reports:

Architecture Committee: Terry Dunham

• ·       0 requests since last meeting

Landscaping Committee: Ed Liebler

• ·       Sunrise cleaned up landscaping at front entrance

·       Street paving estimate for alleys shared, to be kept on file for future reference as alley does not require paving immediately.
·       Culvert has been checked regularly and appears to be working as intended
·       $150 approved to be used by landscape as needed during CY 2017 (Motion Terry Dunham / Second Jeff Long)

Social Committee: Rob Allen/Ryan Wilson/Jennifer Quagliano

• ·       Donuts with Santa to be hosted in December was a success
• ·       Spring events (Easter / movies) are in planning stages
• ·       Ryan indicated interest in 3^rd member for committee (for help with movie night set up / tear down).

New Business:

·       Annual MLHOA meeting date set – March 9, 2017

o   Moore Elementary cafeteria secured for meeting

o   Announcement prepared for neighborhood notification

Next MLHOA Board Meeting date: Thursday February 16, 2017

·       Final planning for annual meeting.
