Minutes from the HOA Board Meeting 11/4/2013

Present at the meeting was Ed Liebler, Dale Strubbe, John Wright, Terry Dunham and Monica Neubauer

Minutes from September meeting were read.

Financial Report Presented

• Architecture committee
• 113 Spring Cabin has added a screen porch
• Landscape Committee
• Last Cutting completed
• Over seeding complete
• Some Azaleas to be replaced
• Winter fertilizing to be completed

Movie night

Old Business:

Projection equipment – no projector to be purchased. 

Unkempt Yard Notice – families who received notice have tended to their yards – Thanks!

New Business

Sunrise Lawncare contract – Renewed for 2 years. Slight increase in price. John motioned to accept. Monica Seconded the motion and it was approved.

2014 Budget discussed – minor changes made and final budget to be approved via email

2014 Dues to remain the same. For 2014 dues remain at $87 per quarter $348 per year. John made this motion, Dale seconded the motion – approved.

Christmas Decorations to be put up shortly

Leaf removal – Sunrise to be called out for final removal in common areas if necessary.
