MHLOA Meeting Minutes
September 20, 2018 6:30pm
Attendees: John Dyess, Jeri Garland, Rob Allen, Ed Liebler, Terry Dunham, Greg Policastro, Jerry Trescott
1. Call to Order – Rob Allen
2. Rob Allen submitted his resignation as MHLOA President.
John Dyess was nominated for back fill Rob Allen. Motioned approved.
Rob Allen will remain on board as an Ad Hoc member.
3. Review of June 7, 2018 meeting:
No question or objections were raised.
4. Quarterly Newsletter:
Board reviewed proposed newsletter and approved content.
Motion raised: “Opt-in” presented for any board member who wanted their personal contact
information added to the newsletter.
Motion approved: John Dyess asked for his information to be included.
5. Treasurer’s Report:
Reviewed and no questions were raised.
Budget (2018) and budget needs for 2019 were discussed.
John asked for any budget requests to be presented at the HOA meeting in November.
6. Committee Reports:
Landscaping: Motion made for HOA to pay for the stump removal at 207 Meadowglade.
Motioned approved.
No report from the Architecture and Social Committee; however, upcoming events were
discussed.
