· 112 Spring Cabin – front step railing & storm door, approved 4/27
· 211 Schoolpath – Front door color, approved 4/21
· 422 Meadowcrest Cir – Black aluminum fence, approved 3/19
· 212 Schoolpath – front door color, approved 3/18
· 316 Meadowglade Update: trees moved in preparation for fence relocation
o Terry & Ed to follow up with Franklin Fence ETA completion of project
· 313 Meadowglade – front porch roof leaking, request not replace railing on front porch roof. Or option to present alternative proposal to committee for review.
o Notify other homeowners with similar front elevation of possible concern / options. Terry to email homeowners.

Social:
· Budget reviewed – proceed with budget keeping total annual expenditures under tax exempt guidelines
· Social events reviewed and agreement to continue with Easter Egg Hunt and Fall Chili Cook off Event
· Movie nights to be scheduled throughout summer / fall, with 3 day notice by signage posted at front of subdivision, email, and social media
· Discussions of other possible social events including wine tasting social event, streaming sporting events using movie equipment
